Returns and Exchanges

21 days to return your purchase — a little extra from Sajust! We want you to have time to try your shoes on at home and make sure they feel right. That’s why Sajust adds another 7 days to the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, at no extra cost.

Your right of withdrawal and our 21-day return period

Consumer law gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. As an extra benefit, Sajust voluntarily extends the time to request a return to 21 days from the day you receive your order. You do not need to give a reason, except where statutory exclusions apply.

To request a return, notify us within 21 days of receiving your order by sending a clear statement to info@sajust.lv. You may use the withdrawal form below, but you are not required to.

After notifying us, send or hand back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving notice. The deadline is met if you send the goods before those 14 days have passed.

Condition of returned items

  • You may try on and inspect the item to the same extent as you would in a physical shop.
  • Where possible, please return the item with its original packaging, tags and all included components.
  • Missing original packaging does not, by itself, remove your statutory right of withdrawal.
  • If an item has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in its value.
  • Statutory exceptions may apply to certain products, such as sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after their protective seal has been removed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size or model, please email us at info@sajust.lv.

If your preferred replacement is available, we will send it without an additional delivery charge after receiving your returned item. If the prices differ, we will agree on payment or refund of the difference before the exchange.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless we agree otherwise or the law requires a different arrangement.

Refunds

When you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments received from you, including the original delivery costs to the extent required by law. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery, the additional difference will not be refunded.

We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. No additional refund fee will be charged.

Before sending the return, please provide your order number or include details that allow us to identify the returned item.

Important information

  • Keep your tracking number and proof of posting until your return has been confirmed.
  • Pack your return securely so that it is not damaged during transport.
  • If returning an item from outside Latvia, complete any required shipping or customs documentation.
  • Your right of withdrawal does not limit your statutory rights if a product does not conform to the contract. Different return and shipping-cost rules may apply to such products.
