Returns and Exchange

We want every Sajust customer to be happy with their purchase. If your shoes, socks, or other items do not fit or do not meet expectations, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
• Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange & Refund Options

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or model, we will ship the replacement item free of charge once we receive the return.

Refunds: If you prefer a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or missing original packaging.
